About the Role
The Governors of Gaskell Community Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and outstanding Classroom Practitioner to join our team, ideally teaching within Key Stage 1.
This is a fixed-term contract running from 22nd February 2027 until 31st December 2027. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced teachers are warmly welcomed to apply.
The successful applicant will join our friendly, supportive, and high-performing teaching team, dedicated to delivering an engaging, broad, and balanced curriculum to our wonderful children.
The Successful Candidate Will Be
- An excellent Key Stage 1 Classroom Practitioner committed to raising standards and providing inspiring, purposeful learning opportunities.
- Creative, flexible, and independent in their pedagogical approach.
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record of helping learners make good or outstanding progress.
- Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute to the wider school community.
- A fantastic team player with high expectations and a positive, resilient attitude.
