We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Site Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our school and help create an environment where our children can thrive.
Is this you?
- As Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Site Manager to maintain and promote a safe, secure, clean and well-maintained site for all.
- Previous experience or vocational background in caretaking, site maintenance or a relevant trade is desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate will:
- Be hardworking, enthusiastic, and resourceful, with the technical competence to handle minor repairs, groundskeeping and maintenance tasks independently
- Maintain a safe, secure and clean environment to the highest standards
- Have knowledge of health and safety responsibilities, safe systems of work practices and risk assessments
- Oversee the cleaning team, contractors on site and external compliance checks
- Act as a keyholder with the responsibility for site security
- Be professional, positive and proactive, taking pride in their work and forming good relationships with our school community
- Effectively manage workload, prioritise tasks and have good computer skills
- Be supportive of our core values and our vision as a GOLD UNICEF Rights Respecting school.
