- Holds a degree in Sociology or a closely related subject
- Has a recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Has experience teaching A Level Sociology (desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Sociology
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is committed to inclusive practice and student success
- Can motivate and inspire learners from a diverse range of backgrounds
