Confident working with students, parents, staff, and external agencies, you will have the ability to build positive relationships whilst providing appropriate challenge and support. You will be committed to safeguarding, understand the importance of confidentiality, and be passionate about helping young people succeed both academically and personally. Experience in pastoral support, education, youth work, or a similar role would be advantageous.
