- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have successful recent teaching experience, ideally within an EYFS setting
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of teaching, learning and assessment
- Have a strong understanding of child development and how young children learn
- Be committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all pupils
- Demonstrate effective behaviour management and excellent classroom practice
- Show a commitment to professional development and continual improvement
