Job Description

Transformation Operations Lead - Erlanger, KY

About the Role

The Transformation Operations Lead is a director-level role that sits at the center of GT's operating rhythm. Reporting to the Sr. Director of the GT Transformation Office, this individual serves as the operational backbone of the office while working closely with every GT tower — keeping leadership forums, planning cycles, communications, and milestone tracking connected and moving.

This role carries equal accountability to two audiences: the Sr. Director, who depends on this person to keep the office organized, forward-moving, and performance-ready; and the GT towers, who depend on this person for a clear, consistent view of the transformation agenda and a dependable cadence to plan around. Neither accountability can be subordinated to the other.

The Transformation Operations Lead is also a member of the GT Tower Operations Leads cohort — a small, high-visibility network of peers across all GT towers who work collectively to strengthen how GT operates, learns, and improves as an enterprise.

TRANSFORMATION OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the operational drumbeat for GT — maintain rhythm and consistency across planning cycles
  • Lead QBR formation, planning, and coordination
  • Connect key GT activities to broader areas of focus and ensure alignment across the transformation agenda
  • Coordinate and plan GT communications, ensuring consistency of messaging across audiences and channels
  • Maintain GTLT and SLT agendas and manage the cadence of leadership forums
  • Facilitate leader visits and engagement events, ensuring they are purposeful and well-executed
  • Keep the Sr. Director organized and forward-moving; surface blockers and risks before they escalate
  • Serve as institutional memory for the office — who decided what, when, and why

TRANSFORMATION PROGRESS & FINANCIAL VISIBILITY

  • Track C1–C5 milestone progress across towers; proactively escalate issues to the Sr. Director
  • Work with budget owners to maintain financial visibility across GTO — partnering on spend alignment and keeping Centurion cost savings targets visible and current
  • Know the story behind the numbers — spot patterns across towers and bring them forward as opportunities to improve
  • Partner with each Tower Operations Lead on C1–C5 data, operating model adoption, and executive review inputs
  • Flag model friction, ambiguity, or adoption challenges early — don't wait for problems to surface upward
  • Lead GT Transformation Office improvement sprints and operating model reviews

GT TOWER OPERATIONS LEADS COHORT

  • Participate in the GT Tower Operations Leads working sessions
  • Share what is working and what is not — this group strengthens GT collectively or not at all
  • Carry peer insights and shared practices back into the Transformation Office
  • Contribute to the continuous refinement of how GT measures, communicates, and improves its operating model
