As a Response Security Officer, your role will vary depending on operational needs and site coverage requirements. Whether it's customer service, patrols, access control, or incident response, we need you to adapt with professionalism and precision.
Essential Job Function
Travel between multiple work sites is required. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and have reliable transportation available to perform site visits and other job-related travel.
Must be able to travel to sites throughout the New Haven and Bridgeport areas as needed.

6:00 AM-10:00 AM & 3:00 PM-7:00 PM
Competitive hourly wage of $19.10

Responsibilities for Response Security Officer
- Monitor client premises to ensure safety and security
- Conduct patrols and inspections of assigned locations
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong security presence
- Write detailed incident and activity reports
- Support multiple locations and fill coverage needs as directed
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary
- Ensure the safety and protection of people, property, and assets
Qualifications for Response Security Officer
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Hold a state security license if required
