- Collaborating with the Solution Architect to translate software architecture and strategy into actionable solutions.
- Leading and mentoring a team of developers to deliver high-quality software, on time and to specification.
- Implementing key concepts in code and developing implementation guidelines.
- Overseeing multiple software projects, ensuring they meet goals and deadlines.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of relevant technologies, tools, and best practices in software development.
- Establishing and improving quality assurance processes in cooperation with QA.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure clarity on project goals and expectations.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance our development process, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in a tech lead or similar role.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Solid experience in leading development teams and delivering complex software projects.
- Strong programming skills in modern languages and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for mentoring others.
- This would be a plus but not a must!
- Previous experience in the aviation, transport, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Computer Vision Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
