Job Description
A Head Staffing Manager is responsible for leading a team of Staffing Managers within a Practice.
- They oversee staffing operations, workforce allocation activities, and staffing performance to ensure business demands are fulfilled efficiently and in alignment with Practice priorities.
- ResponsibilitiesHead Staffing Managers are responsible for managing and developing Staffing Managers, ensuring consistency and quality of staffing activities across the Practice.
- They oversee fulfillment performance, workforce utilization, staffing escalations, and delivery of agreed staffing objectives.
- They provide guidance and support on complex staffing decisions, monitor staffing KPIs, and ensure alignment between staffing activities and Practice business priorities.
- They supervise Tactical Workforce Planning activities within their Practice and collaborate with key stakeholders to address workforce risks, staffing challenges, and demand fulfillment gaps.
- Head Staffing Managers are accountable for driving operational excellence within staffing processes and for implementing GTD policies and operating model requirements within their area of responsibility.
