About this role
The Impact You'll Make The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain function, including Production Planning, Inbound Logistics, and Outbound Logistics. The role plays a critical part in ensuring material availability, production continuity, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Be Doing Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Build a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Facilitate discussions between Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Procurement to achieve aligned business decisions. Drive consensus among stakeholders when facing capacity constraints, supply shortages, or demand fluctuations. Lead demand and supply balancing activities to optimize customer service and operational performance. Ensure effective production planning and scheduling to meet customer delivery commitments. Balance capacity, inventory, and customer requirements while maximizing operational efficiency. Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation plans for supply chain disruptions.
Oversee outbound logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to customers. Drive logistics optimization projects to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs. Demonstrated capability to challenge and influence Sales assumptions and drive demand-supply consensus under constrained capacity scenarios Participate in cross-functional business reviews and strategic planning activities.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead supply chain improvement programs focused on service, inventory, productivity, and cost performance.
- Utilize data analytics to support decision-making and process optimization.
- Implement best practices and standard processes across the supply chain organization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple supply chain functions.
- Proven experience in Production Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to drive discussions, achieve alignment, and lead decision-making across functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an international and matrix organization.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
