- For more information on Singapore University of Social Sciences, please visit www.suss.edu.sg The role will support the Teaching & Learning Centre in data management and analysis activities related to teaching and learning workshops or courses hosted on Learning Management System (LMS).
- Key responsibilities include extracting, cleaning, organising and processing data, as well as conducting basic data analysis for reporting purposes.
- What You Will Be Doing The temporary data management assistant will assist the department in the following areas: Extract and consolidate relevant data from LMS Clean, validate and organise datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness Filter, transform and format raw data into structured, human-readable formats suitable for reporting and analysis Use basic programming scripts or data processing tools to support data cleaning and transformation Conduct basic descriptive statistical analyses and prepare summary tables, charts and reports Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Familiarity with Canvas LMS or other Learning Management Systems Experience in data cleaning, processing or basic data analysis Knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas or basic SQL
