As the EVS Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the daily experience of residents, families, and staff by ensuring exceptional housekeeping and laundry services throughout the community.

- Job Responsibilities Partner with site leadership to deliver exceptional environmental services and laundry operations that support a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for residents, families, staff, and visitors.
- Lead, coach, and develop frontline team members by establishing clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, fostering accountability, and creating a shared understanding of operational goals and service standards.
- Promote a culture of engagement by recognizing achievements, rewarding strong performance, and supporting the professional growth of team members.
- Ensure compliance with all infection prevention, safety, OSHA, regulatory, and client-specific standards, maintaining readiness for inspections and audits while supporting a safe environment for residents and employees.
- Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring quality standards, productivity goals, and customer service expectations are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with client and Aramark leadership to assess operational needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and engage appropriate resources to drive successful outcomes.
- Monitor departmental performance, address operational challenges proactively, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and resident satisfaction.
- Champion sanitation, safety, and environmental services best practices while ensuring adherence to all Aramark policies and client requirements.
- Support scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management activities to help build and maintain a high-performing team.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, client stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams through responsive communication and a commitment to service excellence.

- Qualifications Requires 1-3 years of related experience and 0-2 years’ experience in a management role.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
