Job summary
We are delighted to invite applications for a Salaried GP (6 sessions) to join our friendly, forward-thinking and supportive team at Silverdale Practice. Based in Burgess Hill, we are a two-site practice with excellent transport links and free on-site parking. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established, patient-centred practice that values high-quality care, teamwork, innovation and clinician wellbeing.
Main duties of the job
6 sessions per week (days flexible) Permanent contract
Mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations
Structured support for new or experienced GPs
A culture that genuinely prioritises GP wellbeing and sustainability
Opportunities for development, including PCN roles and future progression
Participation in practice and team meetings
Minimal home visits (shared fairly when required)
Minimal admin
15 minute appointments, capped at 24 appointments per day
No Duty GP sessions
