People & Organization (PO) focuses on our employees, Webasto's most valuable asset. PO encompasses a wide range of tasks, including recruitment and development, as well as compensation, labor law, organizational development, and change management. The function plays a crucial role in fostering a harmonious work environment and promoting the growth and retention of employees within the company. You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Screening of incoming applications for the open positions in the various departments Conducting interviews via Teams as well as on-site, including selection decisions and contract negotiations with applicants Active sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, as well as direct approach to candidates Documentation and quality assurance of recruiting processes, as well as maintenance in the applicant management system SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Selection and management of recruitment agencies in coordination with the hiring department Collaboration with HR interfaces and employee representatives This is what you bring to us: Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on personnel management or further education (e.g., HR specialist) Professional experience in recruiting, possibly in direct approaches and active sourcing Experience in applicant management / handling applicant management software (ideally SF) Possibly also experience in recruiting apprentices and dual students Strong communication skills & service orientation (enjoy working with people) Organizational talent / structured and solution-oriented working style Motivation & initiative Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
