Summary: Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a high-energy, employee-focused, hands-on Bilingual HR Assistant to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This position will be responsible for coordinating pre-employment and onboarding activities and for providing customer service to our applicants and employees.
What you will be doing
- Handle routine inquiries and deliver prompt, professional customer service to applicants and employees (English and Spanish) Guiding applicants through direct-hire process Coordinating interviews with potential hourly candidates with managers & supervisors Complete confidential data entry & management of applicant & employee records Deliver new hire orientation and similar presentations to individuals and groups Assure compliance with all division and corporate policies/procedures Perform administrative support for a busy HR team in a multi-shift manufacturing environment (answer phones, greet visitors, manage office supplies, copy/scan, etc.) The skills and experience you need: Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred Excellent attention to detail is required Strong communication skills Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills We are the ASSA ABLOY Group Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
