About this role
Ensure proper execution of maintenance and repair orders, for tools utilized in production or products returned as assigned.
Your Key Responsibilities Communicate with internal and external customers in order to clarify issues and orders Calculate cost of repair assignments and plan the respective resources, if required Plan and oversee maintenance schedules and repair operations, and approve repair results, when appropriate Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, and ensure achievement of agreed performance standards Participate in plant training programs for repair personnel Your Qualifications National Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in production, Engineering or related field and/or Vocationally trained 5 - 10 years of experience in the automotive industry Experience in SAP Proficient in English as a working language Analytical thinking skills and goal - results oriented Lead a department or several teams assigned Ensure copies of all relevant certificates are attached to your application.
