Your new responsibilities Responsible for operational Production Planning and Material Management for the entire ams Osram Herbrechtingen Production Plant, reporting to Head of Production Planning Europe (part of the Global Supply Chain function) Drive and own cross-functional alignment on Production volumes for the manufacturing Plant and ensure production material availability Develop and execute strategy for optimal Production Plan using advanced production planning tool and production material management, including inventory management Day-to-day operational management of issues on Shopfloor, production deliveries, and material deliveries Drive continuous process and tools improvement in Production Planning (advanced production planning tool) and Material Management (develop and implement dashboards and automation) Lead a team of 4 production planners and material managers Work closely with other functions: Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Controlling Who we are looking for University degree in a technical or business field or a comparable qualification with a focus on materials management Several years of professional experience in the production planning and material management and/or supply chain planning function, preferably using advanced production planning tools Experience in the functional and disciplinary management of teams Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, experience in advanced production planning tools Strong sense of ownership and accountability Cross-functional stakeholder management and operative team management skills Fluent English and German required Please contact Stefanie Kleierl for further information via [email protected] or +49 (941) 8501391 .
