Graduate | Temporary | Full-time | On-Site For our Global Graduate Programme , we are looking for you: a proactive and innovative thinker, a collaborative team player and creative problem-solver with a global mindset, ready to take ownership of your career and start your journey with us in February 2027 . Our 24-month Global Graduate Programme offers you a unique and personalised journey within our Global Commercial organisation . You’ll gain hands-on experience through high-impact projects, benefit from exposure to senior management, and re-ceive dedicated mentorship from a senior leader who will support your development throughout the programme.
What you can look forward to During your Global Graduate Programme, you will: Gain broad exposure to different functions and areas of our Commercial organi-sation, both at global and cluster level. Take ownership of meaningful projects and assignments with high visibility across areas such as Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Sales. Shape your own development and career path, supported by a dedicated senior mentor through regular development conversations, coaching and performance reviews.

- Initial professional experience in a relevant field, for example through internships or international experience.

- Strong communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills, combined with an enthusiastic can-do attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
