Youll join a team providing care to individuals with Mental Health conditions, applying your skills and compassion to help individuals move along their recovery pathway. Your daily tasks will involve ward rounds, observing and responding to behaviours, updating patient records, and providing hands-on care and support, including assisting with personal hygiene. It can be challenging at times, so positivity, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are essential. Its hugely rewarding to see people improve due to your involvement, knowing youve made a meaningful difference. Shift pattern: 12.5-hour shifts, 34 days a week, including nights and weekends.

Where you will be working
Location: Townfield Lane, Winwick,Warrington, Cheshire,WA2 8TR
You’ll be joining the multidisciplinary team at Arbury Court, providing care and treatment for adult women in medium secure, low secure, and Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU) environments, supporting individuals with Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions.
Rehabilitation and recovery at Arbury Court is firmly personcentred, focusing on individual needs rather than diagnosis.
The service is located just off the M62 (junction 9) with strong transport links, making commuting easy from areas between Liverpool and Manchester.
