- Job Overview Manages defined portions of the supplier lifecycle, including performance monitoring, supplier development, and escalation support.
- Drives measurable improvements in supplier quality and delivery while partnering cross-functionally to support sourcing and operational objectives.
- Job Requirements Monitoring supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and audits.
- Leading supplier corrective action processes for assigned suppliers.

- Defining and monitoring supplier qualification criteria and performance thresholds.
- Supporting supplier selection and sourcing decisions through data analysis and risk assessment.
- Tracking supplier development initiatives using tools such as value stream mapping, FMEA, and performance metrics.
- What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
