- Job Overview Prepares the technical proposals, defines technical solutions and other guidelines and provides technical and administrative consultation and support to the field service staff and customers for products.
- Job Requirements Diagnosing and troubleshooting common technical problems and maintaining records and reports on recurring issues.
- Supporting technically for the pre-sales and assisting with the customer demos and installations.
- Prioritizing the existing bugs and issues for a product line and conducting field testing of the new products with various scenarios.
- Providing training to the end-users and the internal stakeholders of the organization on proper usage and best practices of the company's products and participating in the upskilling training.
What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
