- Job Overview Oversees the development, support and continued improvement of manufacturing processes and platforms.
- Job Requirements Managing the planning, documentation, implementation, support and maintenance of manufacturing processes, procedures, machinery and tooling to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness, quality and safety.
- Researching on process performance data to identify and implement process changes that improve yield, runtime, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Managing the activities and resources for manufacturing engineers, product design, and support personnel.
- Providing ongoing support for manufacturing problems and deficiencies; troubleshooting technically challenging production problems.
- What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
