Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant at Agincare UK, your role involves supporting individuals to maintain their independence and comfort at home. You will assist with personal care, daily tasks, and provide reassurance, significantly impacting their day-to-day lives. This position is exclusively for female applicants due to the nature of the personal care provided. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is offered, along with career development opportunities up to QCF Level 5. The position offers flexibility, with competitive pay of up to £13.75 per hour, in addition to a mileage allowance. You will need a full UK driving license, be available to work alternate weekends, and have the appropriate right to work in the UK.
