Learn more: jti.com Duty Post: JTI Head Office, Taguig City, Philippines Work Arrangement: Hybrid Department: IT Global Contract Type: Permanent Work Group: WG3 Professional Level: Experienced Reporting to: Regional Program Director APAC Data & AI Acceleration Manager The Data & AI Acceleration Manager will drive the delivery and adoption of Data & AI solutions across the business. The role partners with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption. As a Data & AI Acceleration Manager, you will: Lead end-to-end Data & AI initiatives , from demand and solution shaping through implementation, deployment, and adoption.
Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize Data & AI opportunities that deliver business value. Guide stakeholders on AI/GenAI capabilities and limitations and challenge solutions where needed. Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, resources, and internal/external delivery partners. Ensure solutions follow Data & AI governance, security, privacy, architecture, and Responsible AI standards . Drive adoption and capability-building across Data & AI tools and solutions.
Requirements
University degree in a relevant field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in Data & Analytics, business technology, or solution delivery. Strong practical knowledge of Data, AI/GenAI, and related technologies . Coding is not required, but sufficient technical depth to guide and challenge solutions is essential. Hands-on experience going through an actual AI implementation/adoption cycle , beyond general exposure to or use of AI tools. Strong project/program management experience, ideally delivering Data/AI solutions end-to-end. Strong business partnering, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of Data/AI governance, privacy, security, and Responsible AI. Proficient in the English language.
