- Drive strategic storytelling that connects nursing priorities, including evolving models of care, workforce initiatives, technology and innovation, and clinical excellence, to the broader Enterprise Clinical Services and Advocate Health strategy.
- Partner with People Operations and Optimization to develop and distribute multimedia content through internal channels, including intranet, email, video, town halls, and print.
- Partner with People Activation Events to develop enterprise nursing leadership events, town halls, and other activation experiences.
- Ensure communication is consistent and aligned across enterprise nursing, divisions, departments, and care settings.

- Monitor and measure nursing communication and engagement efforts using best-practice measures, feedback, and insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, collaboration, and strategic partnership.
What You’ll Bring
