Purpose of the role The Clinical Governance Manager is responsible for providing highquality administrative leadership and coordination of clinical governance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance across Brook’s clinical services.
Working closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing and senior leaders, the postholder will support the effective operation of governance systems including clinical policies, audits, incidents, complaints, patient feedback, learning and development compliance, and external regulatory requirements.
This is a nonclinical role with a strong emphasis on assurance, reporting and analysis within a charitable healthcare setting. The postholder will play a key role in producing governance reports and presentations and will work closely with Brook’s Data and Insight team to analyse and interpret quality and performance information, including the use of Power BI dashboards, to support organisational assurance, continuous improvement, and informed decision-making.

About the role: Hours: Full-Time 37.5 Hours per week (Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary)
Contract: Permanent Location: National (UK-based), primarily remote, with a base at the nearest Brook location.
