About the Role
The Manager of Revenue Generation drives demand and new revenue streams for Vanteo’s J-1 teacher brands. You will run the cross-brand marketing engine, build channel partnerships for our large network. This role turns market insight into qualified pipeline for the regional partnership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the cross-brand marketing engine, including campaigns, websites, school-facing and teacher-facing lead generation, and the J1X relaunch.
- Build and manage channel partnerships
- Develop and launch marketing for specialty in partnership with brand leaders.
- Generate and qualify school and district leads, and hand them off to regional teams through HubSpot.
- Create new revenue opportunities from our existing teacher network and alumni base.
- Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, and career fairs.
- Measure campaign and channel performance (lead volume, cost per lead, conversion, and revenue) and reallocate spend accordingly.
- Work with Sales Operations on attribution, lead scoring, and reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing, business development, or partnerships, preferably B2B or education.
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns and managing a marketing budget.
- Track record of building partner or channel programs that generate measurable revenue.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of the K–12 market or international recruitment is a strong plus.
