Description
The St. Mary's RN Float Pool consists of 2 different levels:
The Float RN Level 1 is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in a variety of specified nursing units. Must have a minimum of 18 months med/surg/intermediate care experience.
The Float RN Level 2 is responsible for assessing. planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in a variety of nursing units including specialty areas ( ED and/or Critical Care. Must have a minimum of 18 months med/surg/intermediate care experience and one year of specialty experience, i.e. Emergency, Family Birth and/or critical care experience.
Will work Saturday & Sunday Days for a total of 24 hours but will be paid for 36 hours with fulltime benefits.Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia. Current BLS certification required. (American Heart Association)
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Experience: Experience required
Degree of Supervision Required: Accountable to Charge Nurse, Team Leader, Nurse Manager or Unit Director.
Full Time Days Saturday & Sunday 7a-7p
