🚀 We're Hiring: SSC PO Analyst

🎯 Your Mission

Ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely execution of Purchase Orders (POs) and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) transactions, including creation, audit, modification, cancellation and closure, in the ERP and supporting tools.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Review requisition and PO data against supporting documents (contracts, offers, etc.) and committee approval.
• Identify discrepancies and missing information and coordinate their resolution with Local Procurement before processing.
• Review BPA modification requests against supporting documents and MIC approval and execute the approved changes in the ERP.
• Ensure the data entered in the system is accurate and consistent with the supporting documentation.
• Execute PO cancellations and closures.
• Execute mass PO processes (creation and clousure).
• Manage service requests (tickets)
• Attend and resolve requests of varying complexity, according to the type of request and within agreed service levels.

🔎 What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field (completed or in the final stage).
• 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience working with ERP Systems. (Oracle EBS, SAP, or related).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate to upper-intermediate English level (written and verbal).
• Genuine interest in administrative and purchasing processes.
