We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide HR services, whilst supporting recruitment for retail positions for Swarovski Tourism Services.
This is your chance to collaborate with other (HR) teams as One HR, as well as with Hiring Managers, to ensure excellent candidate experience and support Swarovski’s continued success by recruiting the best talent to our organization.
About the job
- Deliver fast, responsive and high-quality HR services to HR communities, managers and candidates (internal and external), oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders answering inquiries, accurate and on time.
- Support Hiring Managers with the initiation of the recruitment process as per need and provide guidance.
- Prepare and publish job postings based on a detailed understanding of the position requirements and implement recruitment strategy as per the briefing conversation with the HM.
- Screen and create longlists/shortlists of candidates, proactively monitors pipeline of candidates and propose measures to increase quantity, improve quality and apply sourcing strategy where required.
- Provide feedback to HM about interviews as well as about test results (as applicable) and consultations on decision making.
- Create offer to candidates and negotiate based on guidelines and by aligning with HM, Local HR.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates and hiring managers during the process and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain data quality in HR systems related to Talent Acquisition processes.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office
- Fluency in English and German
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Team orientation and ability to work and interface effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
- Knowledge of Workday or ServiceNow would be an asset
