Job Description
To lead strategic portfolio design, develop innovative fund propositions, and drive investment execution aligned with client needs and business objectives. This role integrates portfolio strategy, fund structuring, and investment analysis to support growth and performance across the Indonesia and Corporate platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Preferred: CFA or equivalent designation
- 8+ years in investment strategy, fund development, or portfolio management
Preferred skills
- Portfolio construction and asset allocation
- Fund structuring (including Sharia and derivatives)
- Investment analytics and performance attribution
- Regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize investment portfolios to meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote investment solutions and gather market intelligence
- Develop and launch new fund propositions, including thematic, Sharia-compliant, and cross-border products
- Collaborate with distribution, compliance, and risk teams to ensure product viability and alignment.
- Conduct investment research and analysis to support asset allocation and fund performance.
