What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate will make Schedule Change progressively simpler, more automated, and more customer-friendly.
They will help move airlines away from labour-intensive servicing towards capabilities that can intelligently identify impacted travellers, apply airline policies, offer appropriate alternatives, automate routine scenarios, enable traveller self-service, and direct agents towards the exceptions that genuinely require human intervention.
Ultimately, the role will deliver measurable value across three dimensions: better traveller experiences, lower airline servicing costs, and greater operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
This person combines airline domain expertise, strong product leadership, and customer empathy. They are comfortable moving from a detailed conversation about servicing rules or reaccommodation logic to an executive discussion about automation, customer experience, revenue protection, and operating cost.
They don't simply manage a backlog. They understand the problem, define where the product should go, and bring customers, technology teams, and business stakeholders together to get there.
We will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria. You will receive separate notification as your application progresses.
Please note that only candidates who meet the minimum criteria for the role will proceed in the selection process.
