  • Operational Agility & Service Continuity: Maintain strong engagement with daily operations, stepping in with hands-on support during exceptional volume peaks or critical continuity events to ensure commitments to customers are met.
  • Strategic Projects & System Readiness: Partner with strategic focus area owners to pilot new operational tools, protect designated project time for team contributors and support process readiness for future system rollouts.

Who You Are

  • Experience & Background: University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics (or equivalent proven senior-level track record) with 5+ years of coordination experience in Supply Chain, Customer Operations, or Logistics, including demonstrated exposure to project leadership and workflow steering.
  • Systems & Analytical Skills: Solid operational experience with enterprise resource planning systems (SAP) and customer relationship platforms, combined with good data literacy to support capacity management and performance tracking.
