About the role
Join our dynamic Operations Transformation team at PwC Consulting as a Manager, where you will leverage your expertise in the London Insurance Market and beyond to drive claims process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
Operations Transformation consulting, which has grown significantly over the last 5 years, has been identified as a critical ‘Go To Market’ proposition for future growth in PwC Consulting. We are looking for candidates who have a strong consulting skillset, with experience in transforming operations within the Insurance industry.
We have established a vision for our Operations Transformation practise to be a market leader and we will deliver on that through winning and executing iconic projects and delivering industry specific solutions in: cost transformation and process excellence, productivity and capacity creation in people, process & technology, intelligent operations (automation, workflow orchestration and advanced analytics), as well as accelerated digital process transformation.
What your days will look like
- Claims Transformation: Lead initiatives to optimise claims processes and improve service delivery.
- Client Engagement: Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and tangible outcomes.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with brokers and underwriters in the London Market to align transformation efforts.
- Practice Development: Support recruitment, training, and development of methodologies with a focus on claims.
This role is for you if
- Insurance Expertise: Proven experience in operational transformation within the insurance industry, particularly in claims.
- London Market Knowledge: Familiarity with London Market systems and key stakeholders.
- Technical Claims Handling: Experience in handling claims across various classes of business
- Consulting Skills: Strong ability to deliver operational improvements and manage client relationships.
- Career Motivation: Desire to grow your management consulting career with a focus on insurance claims.
