As a SAP WM - Manager you will lead client support work within our Advisory practice, focusing on SAP consulting services that help clients optimize operations through system implementation, training, and ongoing support. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach team members, and manage multiple workstreams with accountability for planning, execution, and deliverable reviews while using judgment to address issues and support client needs. In this role at PwC, you will guide SAP WM efforts, help identify opportunities for process improvement, and bring a practical understanding of how business applications support operational efficiency and client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leading SAP warehouse management consulting workstreams across client engagements and translating business needs into functional system requirements
- Managing implementation, optimization, and support activities for SAP warehouse processes, including integration points with enterprise systems
- Guiding teams through project planning, budgeting, execution, and issue resolution across multiple deliverables
- Reviewing functional designs, configuration decisions, and test results to validate alignment with client objectives and process requirements
- Developing training materials and delivering user support for SAP warehouse management processes, adoption, and knowledge transfer
- Coordinating system enhancements, process standardization, and performance improvements for SAP applications across supply chain workflows
- Mentoring team members, coaching task execution, and using work review to strengthen technical and consulting skills
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and process gaps while communicating practical recommendations to clients and leadership
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
- Demonstrating SAP WM implementation experience across client engagements
- Leading project planning, budgeting, and execution across workstreams
- Mentoring teams while reviewing deliverables and timelines
- Analyzing end-to-end system interactions and process dependencies
- Applying SAP application support, optimization, and integration knowledge
