- Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned actuarial transformation initiatives for Prudential Vietnam, ensuring agreed scope, timeline, quality, controls and business outcomes are achieved.

- Translate business requirements into practical delivery plans across data, automation, reporting, workflow and process improvement initiatives, working closely with Actuarial SMEs, Technology, vendors and business users.

- Support sustainable actuarial capability building by ensuring delivered solutions are tested, documented, adopted by users and transitioned effectively into BAU ownership.

Job Accountability / Trách nhiệm chính
- Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned actuarial transformation initiatives for Prudential Vietnam, ensuring agreed scope, timeline, quality, controls and business outcomes are achieved.
- Translate business requirements into practical delivery plans across data, automation, reporting, workflow and process improvement initiatives, working closely with Actuarial SMEs, Technology, vendors and business users.
- Support sustainable actuarial capability building by ensuring delivered solutions are tested, documented, adopted by users and transitioned effectively into BAU ownership.
- Lead day-to-day delivery of assigned initiatives from scoping, planning and design through build, testing, deployment, handover and BAU transition.
- Work with Actuarial leads, users and initiative owners to clarify requirements, define deliverables, confirm acceptance criteria and secure business sign-off.
- Coordinate internal teams, Technology, vendors and shared-service resources to manage dependencies, resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum.
- Maintain detailed project plans, milestones, actions, risks, issues and decisions, and provide regular status updates to the Senior Manager or relevant governance forum.
- Support solution design review to ensure outputs are practical, controlled, scalable and aligned with actuarial business needs and technology standards.
- Prepare users for adoption through training, user guides, testing support and hypercare, ensuring solutions are embedded into BAU ways of working.
Job Requirements / Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial, finance, mathematics, data science, computer science or related discipline.
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Actuarial, tài chính, toán học, khoa học dữ liệu, khoa học máy tính hoặc ngành liên quan.
- Good actuarial exam progress; Associate designation or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
Có tiến độ tốt trong các kỳ thi Actuarial; ưu tiên cấp Associate hoặc chứng chỉ chuyên môn liên quan.
- At least 5 years of life insurance actuarial, finance transformation, data, reporting or project delivery experience.
Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong Actuarial bảo hiểm nhân thọ, chuyển đổi tài chính, dữ liệu, báo cáo hoặc triển khai dự án.
- Experience managing project plans, requirements, testing, implementation, risks/issues, dependencies and stakeholder updates.
Có kinh nghiệm quản lý kế hoạch dự án, yêu cầu, kiểm thử, triển khai, rủi ro/vấn đề, phụ thuộc và cập nhật stakeholder.
- Experience in actuarial data, reporting automation, reconciliation, modelling outputs, workflow solutions or process improvement is preferred.
Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm về dữ liệu Actuarial, tự động hóa báo cáo, đối soát, kết quả mô hình, giải pháp workflow hoặc cải tiến quy trình.
- Able to coordinate across Actuarial, Technology, vendors and shared-service teams, with strong problem-solving and follow-through.

- Good communication, writing and presentation skills; fluent English.
