Job summary We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant with a knowledge of working within a general practice environment to join our supportive and friendly team. Main Responsibilities: Keys duties will include: Assisting with patient duties as required and support other team members such as clinical and Nurse Lead with patient care. Supporting the Practice with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensuring compliance is maintained. You will be working with patients with long term conditions such as Diabetes etc. So must have experience in Phlebotomy. Provide clinical procedures such as new patient health checks, BMI, blood pressure, pulse and simple wound care. Completing administrative tasks such as new patient registrations, providing appropriate leaflets, stock control and ordering. Ideal Candidate: Interested? What you will need to be considered: Experience in a Primary Care setting and phlebotomy. Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security. Must be able to adapt with changing priorities and be personable, polite and patient with our patients. Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Experience in a Primary Care setting and proficiency in phlebotomy. Ability to adhere to processes, maintain confidentiality and data security. Proficient in basic PC skills including Word, Excel and email. Capable of using judgment and recognizing professional boundaries.
