CNA Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and independence
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff
- Record vital signs and resident information as assigned
- Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional support
- Respond promptly to resident call lights
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
- Accurately document care provided
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
Qualifications
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- New graduates and newly certified CNAs encouraged to apply
