CNA Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and independence
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to licensed nursing staff
- Take and document vital signs as assigned
- Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional support
- Respond quickly and respectfully to resident call lights
- Maintain accurate documentation and care records
- Help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
Qualifications
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply
