All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on a part-time basis.
We are looking for dedicated nursing professionals who are passionate about providing quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, assess, and document residents' health conditions.
- Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Supervise and support CNAs in providing quality resident care.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Current and active California LVN license.
- Previous skilled nursing or subacute experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
