About this role
- Lead programs or sub programs as required by the business, for cost, supply, quality improvement
- Own Product Line (PL) COGS Management, SPA model
- PL Change management point of contact for Assembly & Test, Global Operations, Package Innovation, Wafer Fab
- PL Concept change management function, interface Quality/Marketing/Sales
- PL Supply and Quality Excursion point of contact
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent
- Self-motivated and high degree of flexibility in work assignments.
- Strong team player with leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of processes in semiconductor technology and manufacturing.
- Experience in power BI, Tableau, programming (C/C++/SQL/Python) preferred.
