Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations: Oversee guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and linen management to support smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and quality standards: Conduct regular room inspections and quality checks, ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival, and uphold hotel cleanliness standards and brand requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments: Work closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other hotel departments to address operational needs and ensure efficient service.
  • Support cost and inventory management: Assist with departmental budgeting and cost control, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Track departmental performance: Maintain productivity and training records, support month-end reporting, and monitor departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive service improvements: Review guest feedback, implement corrective actions, and support initiatives to improve housekeeping quality.

At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:

A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality. Acting with Integrity and always doing the right thing. Inspiring others through Leadership.
