About this role
Job summary
Provide a comprehensive, high quality, administrative Personal Assistant and secretarial service the Directorate Manager (DM) / Directorate Matrons and provide ad hoc support to other staff within the relevant area. To be complaints co-ordinator for the ED/Acute Directorate ensuring all complaints are dealt with in a speedy professional and caring manner.
This role is office-based Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on site in the Emergency Department at Royal Blackburn .

Essential to Role Essential
GCSE English at Grade 4 or above IT Skills, familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint RSA 3 typing qualification or equivalent experience At least 2 years comprehensive secretarial experience or equivalent
Desirable
Winscribe digital dictation system or similar ECDL/Experience using ELHT systems
