Main duties of the job As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, your primary responsibility will be to care for the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents to maintain a high quality of care. You will be expected to create a secure and supportive environment for residents with various physical and mental health needs and utilize your professional judgment for critical clinical decisions. Responsibilities include developing tailored care plans, safely administering medications, and ensuring excellence across all tasks. Current NMC registration, a thorough understanding of up-to-date clinical practices, the ability to create detailed care plans and risk assessments, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks like DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines are necessary.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Current NMC registration. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. Knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices and understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
