ABOUT YOU To join us as a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. You must also provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. An experienced nurse, you'll have worked in a care home environment and are a confident clinical mentor, including with newly-qualified nurses. Your leadership skills, sharp analytical mind and the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on your action plans enables you to deliver impressive results.

Qualifications Essential
To qualify for the position of Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, the candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. They should also provide evidence of continued professional development and possess a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. Experience in a care home environment and proficiency as a clinical mentor are essential.
