ABOUT YOU To join us as a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. You must also provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. An experienced nurse, you'll have worked in a care home environment and are a confident clinical mentor, including with newly-qualified nurses. Qualifications Essential
To qualify for the position of Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, the candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. They should also provide evidence of continued professional development and possess a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. Experience in a care home environment and proficiency as a clinical mentor are essential.
