We are looking for a Professional IT Trainer to join AlmavivA de Belgique and contribute to the continuous development of our team’s technical skills. This role involves delivering high-quality training sessions and creating comprehensive training materials tailored to the needs of IT professionals. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the knowledge and capabilities of employees in various IT domains. You will work closely with subject matter experts, managers, and trainees to ensure that the training content is relevant, up-to-date, and effective in meeting organizational goals.
The successful candidate will be based in Belgium and should be willing to work near site to facilitate in-person training sessions and workshops. Your extensive experience in IT and education will play a crucial role in tailoring the learning experience to suit diverse audiences. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams across the company, helping to bridge the gap between technical expertise and practical application, ensuring that learners are well-equipped to apply their skills in real workplace scenarios.
