About the role
- We’re looking for a Technical Leader to guide a development team building products for our clients.
- You’ll own the technical direction of the project, with a strong background in Flutter for mobile or Next.js and React for web , and Python on the backend.
- You’ll stay hands-on while helping the team grow.
- What you’ll do Define the architecture and technical direction of the project, and make sure the team follows it.
- Lead the team day to day: plan the work, unblock people and review code.
- Stay hands-on in the code.
- Be the technical point of contact for the client: estimate, raise risks and propose solutions.
- Set and keep quality standards: testing, code reviews, CI/CD and documentation.
- Mentor engineers and help them grow.
- Bring AI into the team’s workflow to deliver faster and with better quality.
