- A leading and growing company in Latin America is seeking: Technical Program Manager – Power Platform & Data Solutions Program Management Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams.
- Proactive and able to catch signals and insights before the incident Data Analysis & Modeling Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Application Development & Visualization Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive data solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership.
- Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in: Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling, flows) PowerApps (custom app development) Power BI (reporting, dashboards, DAX) Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced conversational English (will be assessed during the interview process).
- Work arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days per week in the Mexico City office, with the possibility of transitioning to a fully on-site position.
- Location: Mexico City, Mexico.
- Salary: MXN $78,000 gross per month.
