The Role You’ll build and own the partner network that takes CM.com into every European market: resellers, technology partners and implementation partners who sell, connect and deliver our platform together with us. Software companies rarely grow on their own sales force alone. The strongest ones grow through partners: resellers with local presence and customer trust, technology companies whose products connect with ours, and implementation specialists who make sure customers get real value after they sign. In Europe this matters even more, because every country has its own language, business culture and way of buying.
CM.com brings messaging, AI, customer service, marketing and payments together on one platform, and the right partners can bring that to many more companies, faster. The challenge You are accountable for the growth that comes through the partner channel. You decide which partners we recruit, how the partner program is set up (tiers, incentives, training and joint marketing), and how fast new partners become productive. You also set the rules, so partners and our own sales teams grow together instead of competing. You build this across cultures and languages, and largely from the ground up.
That takes an entrepreneur who can open doors, negotiate with senior leaders at partner companies, and turn relationships into a program that scales with clear numbers behind it. You lead a team of Partner Managers, so your impact is measured through them: how well they recruit partners, get new partners productive and grow them into real revenue. You set the direction and the standard, and your team turns it into results with every partner.
- You will Build and execute the European partner strategy and roadmap, and make clear where partners create the most value.
- Lead and grow a team of Partner Managers: coach them, set the standard for partner performance, and back them in senior partner relationships and escalations.
- Recruit and onboard new resellers, technology and implementation partners across European markets, together with your team.
- Design and run partner programs that scale across the region: tiers, incentives, enablement and joint marketing, and certify and train partners on our full offering so new partners deliver results faster.
- Drive pipeline sourced and influenced by partners together with the Heads of Industry, track partner performance, and represent CM.com at partner and industry events.
