Duties cover monitoring residents' wellbeing, adapting care plans to meet changing needs, participating in person-centered care planning, medication support, supervising staff, and acting as a liaison point for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals. Beinginvolved in the person-centred care planning process, by implementing,monitoring,and undertaking monthly evaluations. Supporting residents with their medication requirements. Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development where required. Actingas a key point for contact with residents, theirrelativesand visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing, ensuring that any reasonable requests are actedupon,and concerns or complaints are escalated.

Our ideal candidatemust:
Have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes. Have 2 years experience working in similar care environment. Have the ability tocommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Have a positive attitude to bothsupporting and nurturing residents and staff. Beresponsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

Qualifications Essential
The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, alongside at least 2 years' experience in a similar care setting. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial. We seek individuals with a positive attitude toward supporting and nurturing residents and staff alike. Candidates must be responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities, upholding our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountability in all duties.
